Broke-but-adorable attorney Frank Hopper fills out a a survey and jokingly claims he earns a million dollars a year. Soon he is the owner of over 200 pre-approved credit cards. Soon he racks up $300,000 in charges to finance his latest get-rich-scheme. But Frank is put on ice when he is arrested for fraud. Deciding to take his own case, Frank ends up with a fool for a client.
