Description
Inspired by the global best-selling novel La Reina Del Sur by internationally acclaimed author Arturo Pérez-Reverte, Queen of the South tells the powerful story of Teresa Mendoza, a woman who seeks refuge in America after being forced to run from the Mexican cartel. Eventually rising to power, Teresa now rules over her drug trafficking empire. In Season Five, Teresa finally embraces her Queenpin status and all that comes with it. While she has tried to maintain a strong moral code by leading with her heart, those values have begun to compromise her ability to stay on top.
